Q. Do you accept personal checks?
A. No

A. No. We accept money orders, or cash. ANY personal, company or business checks, or certified checks will be returned.
Q. On my CC order, you have overcharged me by 1%! Why?
A. Most banks charge an additional fee for offshore credit card transactions. Please note that SOME banks do not have this charge! As both of our CC merchant facilities are based offshore from the US, your bank MAY charge you a fee, ranging from .5% to 1.5%. Please check with your bank to ascertain their particular offshore charge.
Q. The amount you charged was different to the amount you say you charged! Why?
A. Some banks are not open after hours or on weekends. However, GoldNow staff probably will process this order outside normal banking hours, as our staff are world wide. I understand that as a result the exchange rates on the day of debit may differ from those on the day of my banks processing the charge. This activity is outside of the control of GoldNow Corp. This means there may be a difference in the actual final charge.
Q. What do you require in the way of ID to accept credit card orders?
A. OK, we simply need to confirm that you are the actual owner of the credit card! Ideally, I need a scan of both sides of your card, a specimen signature, a utility bill, and a recent credit card statement, in JPG format. Upload all these to our secure site https://www.goldnow.st/upload.aspx . A passport, drivers licence, and/or an ID can be helpful. I also need your name and address details to verify you online. If I cannot find you online, I will need a notarized ID from your banker, sent in the mail, before we do business.
Q. Isn't this ID confirmation a bit much?
A. Unfortunately, yes. We are in business to make money, not to be scammed by crooks & thieves. However, your details are kept in the strictest confidence. They are not sold, or distributed in any way.

A. We charge 10.95% on credit card orders. On mailed payments, or direct bank deposits, we charge 5%. The discounts are clearly outlined in each countries order entry form.
Q. Do you work 24 hours a day, 7 days per week?
A. No, we're just like you! We like to have a life! We process orders to coincide with the US banking system, meaning that we (try to) take the weekends off! So, if you place an order on a Friday, it may not get processed until Monday... which means that if you are a new customer, it will take up until Wednesday (48 hours) to credit your account.
